Is Visitor Care the same as daycare?
No. Visitor Care is short-duration care for travelers and shoppers. It does not include automatic group-play eligibility.
Does every dog join group play?
No. We make responsible fit decisions based on the individual dog and the care being booked.
What is Welcome to the Pack?
It is a 5-day daycare introduction for $300: 5 daycare days plus a structured introduction to our people, spaces and routines.

A short evaluation is a snapshot. Multiple daycare days let your dog settle and help us understand their personality and needs.
What if group daycare is not right for my dog?
We’ll tell you honestly and make decisions around your dog’s wellbeing.

Does my dog need Welcome to the Pack?
No. Visitor Care follows its own eligibility and safety requirements rather than placing visiting dogs into regular daycare.
Will my dog play with daycare dogs?
Not automatically. We may not have enough time to responsibly assess a visiting dog for group play.
Do you take walk-ins?
Reservations are strongly recommended. Same-day care depends on capacity and intake requirements.
